In 1978, Terry R. O’Neill founded The O’Neill Company. Since then he has served as president and CEO of this consulting Firm. The O’Neill Company specializes in employee benefit planning, executive benefit planning, and business succession planning for organizations, as well as financial, estate, and retirement planning for individuals. The O’Neill Company deploys an integrated approach that is client focused, not product driven and draws heavily on financial and economic theories. The Firm employs “Financial and Econometric Science" that has been developed in the last 38 years, in addition to having a high comfort level interacting with some of the world’s most interesting and influential people. Mr. O’Neill is also the founder of the Institute for the Study of Global Economics and Finance (ISEF), 501(c)(3), which has an emphasis on engineering the development of global economic and financial literacy.
